![]() ![]() At breakfast, the selections were fantastic - like at any of the other Holiday Inn Express hotels we've stayed at. However, after our breakfast I noticed the mouse was not in the corner any longer. I assumed it was dead and didn't say anything. As my wife was getting ready for the day, I noticed a mouse along a corner in the room. No decaf cups, packets of creamer, sugar and a stir stick. The coffee maker did not work and there was only one Keurig cup for regular coffee. Then, morning came and it was one thing after another that was concerning. Check-in was very smooth and we felt confident that like the other stays we have at Holiday Inn Express hotels, there'd be no problems. We reserved a room online and did a pre-check that way too.
